LUPUS WARRIORS IN FIJI MARKET DAY
Our very first Lupus Warriors in Fiji “Market Day” has come to a beautiful and successful close — and my heart is overflowing with gratitude. This milestone was only possible because of the generosity, kindness, and unwavering support of so many incredible people.
To my amazing ‘Mumsters’ group of ladies – Jeanette, Terri, Belinda, Margaret B, Margaret W, Mak’e,Frances, and Miriam … thank you for your open hearts and helping hands. Your unity and sisterhood are a blessing, and your contribution to this event was truly felt.
A special and heartfelt thank you to Jeanette and Alice for their separate contributions — your kindness and quiet strength made a remarkable difference.
To Suman Ali, Pratibha, and Vijay, thank you for your generous donations and thoughtful support. Every contribution will help our Lupus Warriors.
We are deeply grateful for the support from Communications Fiji Limited, and for all the RJs who came out to support us — especially Vijay Narayan and Doris King Southwick. Your Awareness over the social media pages helped in our campaign
To my husband Mr Hassan, my children Nathan and Eva, thank you for standing beside me with patience, love, and willingness to help. And to Sarah Dahia and Mahen, your time, hard work, and commitment added so much value to this event. I appreciate you more than words can say.
To our grandson Zayan Hassan for bringing down his Dadi to support his chota Dadi. I love you ![]()
To the Lupus Foundation of Fiji, thank you for the platform and the opportunity to make this initiative a reality. Your support gives the Warriors hope, strength, and a voice.
It helps us to remember the reason why the Foundation exists. For Awareness and Advocacy of the Lupus Warriors
To everyone who visited, supported, shared, donated, or simply sent love — thank you for helping us create something meaningful for our Lupus Warriors. This Market Day was not just an event – it was a reminder of community, compassion, and purpose of all that gave support because of Lupus.
“When hearts are kind and hands are willing, even the smallest acts of love create the biggest circles of strength”.
Vinaka vakalevu from the bottom of my heart.
