YWAM SUPPORTS THE LFF

The Lupus Foundation of Fiji sincerely thanks the team aboard M/V YWAM KOHA for agreeing to take our lupus awareness materials with them as they travel through to Vanua Balavu , Bua , Macuata and the Yasawas over the coming months, providing essential medical services to communities in our maritime islands.

We are grateful to Honourable Sashi Kiran, Minister for Women, Children and Poverty Alleviation, for making this valuable connection possible, and to Mrs. Eta Mocevakaca for her kind facilitation and support.

It was a privilege for our Deputy Executive Director, Mr. Kaliova Turagaiviu, and myself, to deliver the lupus awareness pamphlets and posters to the YWAM medical team yesterday.

A special thank you to Dr. Amelia Hubach and Occupational Therapist Elisha for warmly receiving us and for supporting our efforts to raise lupus awareness throughout Fiji.

Together, we can help raise awareness of lupus, encourage early diagnosis, and improve support for those living with this chronic illness across Fiji.

Vinaka vakalevu for your partnership and service to our communities.
