Final Tribute to Our Fallen Warrior – Sara Grace Tikoinasau

Today (Tuesday 20th January 2026), we farewelled a Champion of the Lupus Foundation of Fiji! Sarah Grace Tikoinasau was one of our brave young Lupus Warriors, who embodied courage, strength, empathy, humility, and conducted herself, (staying true to her name) – with Grace! The youngest of eight siblings and wise beyond her years – she never shirked responsibility of talking freely to her peers and the general public, about her condition and her living with Lupus!

The Foundation has lost one of its formidable forces of this generation, as far as our Awareness Campaign is concerned.

Grace will be sorely missed and always remembered by all of us – who have had the pleasure and honour of knowing and working with her. Her legacy will continue to echo throughout the journey of the Lupus Foundation!

Rest well in your heavenly fathers arms beautiful Sarah Grace! Until that glorious morning, on that golden seashore … 🔥 ❤️ 🙌🏻
