LFF HELPS CELEBRATE “WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 2025”

The Lupus Foundation of Fiji was thankful to be part of the celebrations for “World Mental Health Day” at FNU Pasifika Campus. It was a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with old friends and form new networks, all united under the theme of promoting mental wellness and community support.

Mental health is a crucial part of our overall wellbeing โ€” it affects how we think, feel, and act each day. For those living with chronic illnesses like lupus, maintaining positive mental health is especially important, as emotional strength plays a big role in healing and resilience. ๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸŒฟ

We thank the organizers and everyone who continues to advocate for mental wellness in Fiji. Together, letโ€™s keep breaking the silence, building understanding, and nurturing compassion for one another. ๐Ÿ’š
